Us – May & June

Miss Jules is four months old today! That obviously means that it’s been four months since she made her debut, but it’s hard to believe. It feels like it was just yesterday and at the same time, forever ago. She continues to be a delightful little nugget and Florence continues to be completely in love with her. This is just a little sample of what we’ve been up to over the last couple of months. You might notice that I am in one!!! It’s my yearly mother’s day shot that I make Jason take…an annual reminder that I am here even though I’m usually behind the camera and not in front of it. :-)

Happy Friday!

When I started photographing these guys, they were three, and now they are six! It’s hard to believe that it’s even possible. It was so great to see them again and to meet their two newest littles. Also, I am just in love with this mama’s sense of style. I can barely pull together a cohesive look for myself let alone six people! And the boots. And the flower crowns. I just adore this session and this sweet family.

A Chestnut Hill Morning

I have been photographing this mom and dad since I photographed their BEAUTIFUL wedding and engagement session back in the day. They remain one of my favorite couples and catching up with them feels like seeing old friends. This was the first opportunity I’d had to meet their little girl and she did not disappoint, bringing all of her spunky energy to the session. We spent a couple of hours wandering the main street in Chestnut Hill and miss Lydia called all the shots. I could have photographed her all day but I think she was quite ready for a nap. I adore this little family and I hope I managed to capture how sweet and loving and funny they all are. <3

Us – April

The weather these last couple of weeks…perfection. So as one does with a new baby, we go for walks every morning and sometimes after Flo’s nap in the afternoon too. Flo loves our stops in the park, especially if there happens to be a little friend there, and Julia just sleeps, and sleeps and sleeps and sleeps. I know Summer will come and then it will be sticky and kind of miserable outside (at least in my opinion – Summer is not my preferred season), so I’m enjoying these days while I can. <3
