Katie & Dave Engagement . Kelly Drive .

KDIMG_1891_bw

After postponing our original session because of a rainy forecast we eventually wound up shooting Katie & Dave’s engagement session on an extremely humid day with ominous looking clouds threatening the whole time. Oh weather, WHY have you been so bad this year?! The rain held off though and we didn’t let the sticky air stop us from having a great session. We shot at The Waterworks and The Art Museum. Even though I’ve shot there before, it is such a beautiful location that it’s always fun to explore it with a new couple.

Katie and Dave were great in front of the camera and made it really easy for me to get cute moments with the two of them. These are just a few of my favorites.

I can’t wait for the Fall wedding!

Charlotte Preview . Senior Photography .

On Sunday, I had the pleasure of meeting Charlotte and her family for some portraits. It’s Charlotte’s senior year so we did her senior session and also some family portraits. We all suffered through the crazy humidity for some great photos. I think it was a pretty good trade-off. We shot most of the session at Chanticleer Gardens and then headed to their home for some family photos with Teddy, their cockapoo (for a proper family photo :-) ).

On the way between our two locations, I was following in my car when all of a sudden we pulled over and Charlotte’s mom Catherine hopped out to ask if we could do some photos with the cows. Um…uh huh. No need to ask twice :-)

Just a preview. Lots more good stuff from this session. I love senior sessions.

Erin & Travis Wedding Preview . Northampton Valley Country Club .

Erin and Travis got married on Saturday.. and the forecast called for a very rainy day. On Friday night the thunder and thoughts of all day long downpours kept me awake. Turns out that I didn’t need to worry at all though. Not only were these two just glowing with happiness, but the sun even decided to come out half way through the day. Here’s just a little preview…

Kim & Jaques . Villanova Engagement Photography .

KJIMG_0740

I had such a great time with Kim and Jaques shooting their engagement session a few weeks ago at Kim’s parents gorgeous home. It was so fun exploring a different location, especially with such a cute couple. They were naturals in front of the camera. I’m about to run out the door, but I just wanted to share a few of my favorites here. :-) I cannot wait for their wedding in October.

Kim and Jaques walked me out to the front of the house when we were done shooting. I’m so glad they did, because I was able to snap a few shots in the only sunshine we’d had the whole session!
